Remote Desktop

Hello there,

I'd have a question in relation the remote desktop to server 2012 r2 - I today remoted to the server was about more than 2 hours during that time it was disconnected so once i started to make a remote again I cannot access it "The credentials that were used to connect 'IP address as internal network' did not work. Please enter new credentials". This is all about i got from the message.
