In this case, if you have used a third-party tool to modify the installation media and bypass the hardware requirements, you may be unable to re-enable the secure boot. You will need to contact the Rufus team on GitHub and check with them if it is possible to undo the changes or perform a clean installation of Windows using the official media from the Microsoft website.

You can contact the Rufus team by clicking "New Issue" on this link.

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

If you used the registry manipulation to bypass the secure boot check during the Windows 11 installation you will need to remove this change then the secure boot will be recognized again.

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: Regedit and click on OK

    3-Go to the key:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup

    4-Double click on the "BypassSecureBootCheck"

5-Change the value to 0 then click on OK

6-Close the Registry Editor and reboot your PC to the change take effect
