Simply run Autoruns and disable/delete the driver from there.

May i ask what is the problem causing this?. I cant turn on Memory integrity
Tried deleting xhunter1.sys in regedit.
it causes more problem. error prompts.
Can anyone help me. Thanks

You can look for the "Published Name" of the drivers in the memory integrity error message to see which ones to uninstall.
Afterwards, you can use option 4 or 5 below to uninstall them.
