The Authenticator app has been working flawlessly for a long time on my iPhone and Apple Watch, but lately it has completely stopped sending notifications and sometimes I have to manually sync to check for an authentication request. I have tried disabling all notifications for the app in iOS settings and re-enabling them, but no luck. This affects both personal and work/school accounts. I have submitted feedback logs using Incident ID:UE5893G if it helps.

I ended up giving up and completely removing the add and setting up MFA on the device from scratch.

did you restore from a backup of the accounts on it or go fully from scratch?
Exact same problem here. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
