    No

Sell it and buy a newer PC/Laptop

If its a PC, see if you can upgrade just the CPU

Make sure your system meets the other requirements, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 in BIOS

    According to Microsoft:

Devices that do not meet the minimum system requirements had 52% more kernel mode crashes. Devices that do meet the minimum system requirements had a 99.8% crash free experience.

    Also, as per Microsoft:

Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates.

    Hi Henry,

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

The processors not on the list apparently did not support a modern instruction set like VBS.

    Two things:

    1. Windows 10 is supported until 2025.
    2. As long as security requirements are met except the processor, you can install Windows 11, offline if you understand the risks including no updates. See:

Installing Windows 11 on devices that do not meet the minimum requirements
