trying to run new program and getting error, I have tried in admin mode. still fails.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
That printout indicated there is a coding error in that application (NewLogOSH.exe) and it is throwing an error on the .Net Framework.
The best option is to contact the program developers and provide them with that crash log, they will be then able to trace the cause of the error and patch their software and provide you with an updated version.
