To narrow down the issue, kindly go to BIOS and check to see if the vertical lines are persists or not. If they are persists, it means the issue is from the Laptop/Monitor screen which may broken or damaged.
If they are not available:
1-Go to Settings > Update > Check for update > Install all the pending updates
2-Change Screen Resolution:
Right click on Desktop > Display Settings > Change Display Resolution.
3-If it did not help, try to update display driver from Device Manager.
Right click on Start > Device Manager > Display Adapters
4-If still available, uninstall the graphics card driver completely using the DDU free tool:

Then, install the latest driver provided on the manufacturer's website.
