You can set it to remember your last choice, and it will not appear again. I'm glad that it worked for you
Realtek
So after the settings app got screwed up I resetted my pc, really screwed up realtek. Nothing comes up when I plug my headphones in, so what do I do?

I can still hear, the Realtek Audio HD Manager is missing though, it worked before I resetted my pc.
And everything is up to date with the drivers.
