So after the settings app got screwed up I resetted my pc, really screwed up realtek. Nothing comes up when I plug my headphones in, so what do I do?

    You can set it to remember your last choice, and it will not appear again. I'm glad that it worked for you

    This fixed it! It comes up as notifications on stuff like "What device did you plug in?" But it works!

    Its a Prime B350 Plus Made by ASUS

    I can still hear, the Realtek Audio HD Manager is missing though, it worked before I resetted my pc.

    And everything is up to date with the drivers.
