Can you provide some more details on this issue?
Questions:
- Regarding "dscat-eastus2-dev-db-rsv-01", is this a DB server, Key Vault, VM, etc?
- If it's a Key Vault, do you have any specific policies in-place that could be causing the automatic emails? If your vault isn't enabled for Soft Delete you shouldn't be receiving constant emails, unless a policy or function was created for this.
- Is this a brand new Key Vault? Because disabling the soft delete functionality, once enabled, isn't supported.
- How long has this been occurring? Was anything changed/implemented/created to cause these emails to be sent daily?
Potential Mitigation Steps:
- Please confirm if you have any policies that could be causing this notification. Azure Policy
- If this is regarding Key Vault soft delete, you can enable this feature to prevent the emails.
- For VMs or a SQL server in a VM please reference - Soft delete for Azure Backup
- You can also create an email rule that routes all emails regarding this feature to - trash, folder, etc.
