Controlling data sharing, visibility, and access permissions within Microsoft Teams for Education
Hi Moses,
From the description provided, we understand your queries and let me answer them one by one:
- About the posting, we assume you have created a Class Team in the Microsoft Teams for all students who are part of the Class. If yes, you can just add the Forms tab in the Class Team and select the Form you have created with the questions, so that students will submit their responses.
Open the Microsoft Teams> Go to Team> General channel> Click on + (Add a tab)> Forms> Add an existing form> Select the Form with questions> Collect responses> Save.
Note: Once you saved, it will show up a new tab with the name of the Form where the students can easily access it and add their responses.
- Students no need to send any form with responses to you, once the students submit their responses, the responses will be stored in the Microsoft Forms (Group Forms).
To see the student’s responses:
Open the Microsoft Forms> Group Forms tab> Click on the Team name where you added the Form> Open the Form> Responses tab.
- Responses submitted by the Students will be shown in the Responses tab of the Form in the Microsoft Forms.
- No, the responses submitted by the students will be shown with their name.
Hope the above information will helps you and if you need any further information, please feel free to post back to us.
Appreciate your understanding and stay safe 😊
Best Regards,
Chitrahaas
