Teams Scheduling Assistant

Hey,

I know there is a way to make it in the teams scheduling assistant to make it to where instead of your calendars just being blocked out, it will actually include the meeting/appointment name. I want to do this so me and my boss can see what meetings we have and when we are available, etc.

Thanks.

Sorry I didn't make it clear.

MS Team indeed doesn't show the name of the meeting and just shows a block if the user is the user is outside of the organization. For users from within an organization, MS Team will show the name of the meeting.

You can refer to this demo video for a clear demonstration.

Are you sure that its not possible? At my previous employer I knew some people had it to where I could see what the title of their meetings were, locations, etc.
