Sorry for the trouble you are facing with the calendar syncing correctly between Teams and Google Calendar, may we inquire below information to further troubleshoot. Please confirm that you have daylight saving turned off in your time and date settings if you are in the time zone or region affected by this.
Also, there might be a delay in syncing between the two calendars. It can take some time for changes to reflect accurately in both calendars.
In case the issue persists after some time, say 24 hrs, I'd strongly recommend involving the google support to check if this issue is related to bugs within the calendar.
