Azure DevOps server -> Teams Integration

Hi,

So recently we've installed Azure DevOps 2022 server and i've been tasked to setup a Teams integration. Now the documentation only is imo insanely confusing. So to do this apparently i still need to setup an Azure DevOps Account , Organization and Project despite wanting to work on-premise?

Now when I add the Azure DevOps app in Teams and login with a Azure DevOps account, it can find an organization I made but refuses to find any projects and thats where I get stuck.

So i would love to receive some advise as what to do next but i also wondering why the hell we still need to setup with the cloud variant.

Anyhow, any tips & help would be highly appreciated!

Greetings

Damon
