Shared emails

Question

Hello,
Ive set up a shared email for 4 users in our business. Emails are visible to all users until one person opens the email, then the others cannot see it. Id like for all emails to be visible to all users whether read or not. Can this be done, if so how? Thanks

What email solution are you using?
