Loop Components Missing in Outlook

Hello,

We are on the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel and after the most recent update > 2308 I was hoping to see loop components available in Outlook.

I can't see in the release notes that Loop Components has been implemented on the Semi-Annual channel, but there are notes for fixing issues for Loop Components in the latest release. So I am confused as to whether Loop Components in Outlook should be available with version 2308 (16731.20504) or not?

The question relates to the Classic Outlook app which we are using in Windows in a Citrix environment.

    Hello David,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We appreciate your request for updates on Loop Components for the recent version 2308 (16731.20504) of Office. Indeed, there is no new update for Loop components as last update of this support article was last 19 of January. In that case, please keep on sending your feedback to our Loop for Microsoft 365. Link: Overview of Loop components in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem | Microsoft Learn

The Loop Team is still working on the known issues listed on the link and the implementation has no ETA. No worries, as part of Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel release, you and your team should be updated to the latest version where implementation of fixes for Loop Component will be soon available.

Please keep sending feedback to our team for other issues you encounter or suggestions you might have. From your Microsoft 365 app, go to Help > Feedback(or File > Feedback).

    Have a great day!

    Sincerely,

    Kathy A.
