Error message in outlook when logging on “refresh application - something went wrong”. Clicked the refresh application button but it doesn’t do anything. This is error message is on my iPhone

Error message in outlook - keeps saying something went wrong & to refresh application. Once button is clicked, nothing happens.

    • Restart your router or switch to a different network if necessary.

    Update Outlook App

    • Go to your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and check for updates.
    • Install any available updates for the Outlook app.

    Restart Your Device

    • Restart your phone or tablet to resolve temporary system glitches.

    Clear App Cache and Data

    • On iOS:
      • You may need to uninstall and reinstall the app since iOS does not have a direct cache-clear option.

    Uninstall and Reinstall the App
