I am using a MacBook Pro running El Capitan. Anytime I attempt to use a Microsoft Office product I receive a message about the Microsoft Excel or Word etc wanting to use your confidential information stored in "Microsoft Identity....I would like to continue to use these products but I cannot when I receive this error. How do I fix this error?

    Hi CUImOH,

Please help to confirm if the message below is the one you see:

If so, please click “Always Allow” to see the result.

If you're repeatedly asked for the keychain, even after you click Always Allow, please follow the steps below to see the result:

    1.       Sign out the user accounts and quit Office apps.

    2.       Go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access > Login > Select all the items with “MicrosoftOffice….” In “Kind” column, remove them.

    3.       Launch Office apps again to sign in with your account to see the result.

If the issue persists, or if the issue is not in the scenario above, to narrow down the issue you have, please provide the information below:

    1.       The screenshot about the error message.

    2.       The Office version. Please go to Word> About Word, provide the screenshot about the Office version.

    Thanks,

    Rena
