Emailing from Excel with specific data

Afternoon all,

An odd question...

I have excel spreadsheet that has various data columns in it i.e: Project Name, Work to do & Name of person.

All data is then entered in different rows. (see image below)

The thing is I want to create an email shot to each individual person once a week which will send only that individual persons data.

i.e: the name of the person and what they are working on and what the work is.

Is there a way to do this.

Thanks in advance for any help that can be given :-)

Suggest you browse through the methods of sending emails with specific data to specific people.  Mail Merge through Word not required.

Can be found on Ron de Bruin's site.

If not using Outlook then browse here for alternatives.

Note you can download Ron's free RDBMail add-in to make the job easier.
