Hi,

I am developing questionare for XXX for the XXX (xxxxxxxxx). Most of the forms I created linked with XXX  I  need to create subscript and superscipt for the number system questions. I shall be thankful if some one can guide how to do so with Microsoft Forms.

Thanks, my students did their exams. Today I found another link pointing to UNICODE character set that can show superscript and subscript with UNICODE codes (on the left in hexadecimal that anyone can copy past to microsoft forms) via https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dyj0zQTA0PMMVzMDCrE2Z2vViz4STDgwIbJhqoXCvEo/edit

Hi Umapathy (உமாபதி),

Per my searching and testing, I'm afraid we can't type subscript and superscript in Microsoft Forms at present. The basic text formats are indeed necessary for many users, especially for some subject experts, I can understand your feeling, but I suggest you vote for this constructive idea in Forms Feedback by UserVoice. If this idea can be accepted by the related team, it will bring more convenience for every Forms user.

Given that you need to create forms with text contained subscript and superscript, if you are already in Windows environment, I would recommend you try to create forms in Word since you can find many useful form templates and you can type subscript and superscript it the forms.

Hope the suggestion can meet your needs.

Best Regards,

Hugo
