MS Project 2019- Printing notes for each task

Hello,

So I know that you can change the options in page setup to print all the task notes but I'm dealing with very detailed descriptions for each task and want to print the notes for each task on its own piece of paper. Is there a way to do this?

My boss is kind of old school and wants a physical copy of a project plan made into a booklet. He pulled out an old project plan booklet from 1988 that he said he made using the version of ms project at the time and is wondering why I can't recreate the same thing 30 years later with the latest and greatest software (Microsoft Project Professional 2019.) Please help if you can!

Thanks,

Brad

    Brad Bisenius,

Hey, don't knock the old school guys.

Is it possible to print task notes for each task on its own piece of paper? Yes, but you can't do it directly in Project. In my mind, that could waste a lot of paper. However, let me offer you an option that might be even better. Take a look at the following Wiki article:

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/32126.ms-project-truncated-project-notes-when-viewingexporting.aspx

    Hope this helps.

    John
