I have a large excel file that is automatically bolding all new text entered.  How do I turn off this auto bold feature?

There are items in the file that need to be bolded so I can't simply select all the data and unbold it.

Check whether the Normal style has been set to Bold. If so, modify the style to change Bold to Regular.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Styles group:

If the workbook window is wide enough, you'll see a list of styles. Right-click Normal and select Modify... from the context menu.

Otherwise, you'll see a Cell Styles dropdown. Click on it, then right-click Normal and select Modify... from the context menu.

Thanks for the suggestion - where do I access the "style" window?
