I've searched for the error code but seems like this error code is not listed in the common errors.
As you mention, “unable to go into one of my sections” it seems issue happen to only one section in both via OneNote for web and OneNote for Mac.
Since, you
go to
OneNote online
and you will get same error message.
In this situation, I suggest you please Click
File >
New to create a new
notebook in your OneDrive. Move all the sections to the new notebook and Click File > view Sync Status > Sync the new notebook. Go to
OneDrive Online
to see if the changes appear in the new notebook. After all you can delete the old notebook
