With your printer, borderless printing is possible:

    1. In PowerPoint, choose File>Print.
    2. Below the printer name, click on Printer Properties.
    3. Select the Quick Setup tab, then click on Photo Printing in the Commonly Used Settings list.
    4. Check Borderless Printing in the Additional Features list.

Your printer can't create custom page sizes. To make this work, you'll need to create a custom presentation size in PowerPoint that matches one of the available paper sizes:

    1. On the Design tab, click on Slide Size>Custom Slide Size.
    2. Set the Slides sized for: dropdown to Custom.
    3. Set the Width and Height fields to a size that matches your preferred paper size on your printer.
    4. Save the custom presentation as a template (.potx), so you have easy access to it in the future.

Now create a new presentation from the template, place your graphics to the slide edge and print them borderless.

Unless you have a photo printer that can print borderless, you have to have margins. Sorry, just a fact of life with desktop printers. You can always print, then cut the borders off. If you can post the make and model of your printer, we can offer more help.

It's hard to tell exactly from the screenshot, but it *appears* as though the image is printing borderless on two sides but with border on the other two sides.  That suggests that the slide size is not proportional to the size of the page you're printing on.  PowerPoint won't distort your slides to make them fit on page sizes that don't match the slide proportions.

That makes sense, since even when you set "Slide sized for" as Letter Paper (8.5x11 in), the dimension of the page is 7.5x10 in. You could try setting the page size as 8.5x11 and see if that helps.

Select Custom Slide Size in the Design tab:

Entering the correct width and height:

First, that's totally cool that there are so many edible substrates and a dedicated machine that prints on them!

Have you been able to successfully print borderless images from PowerPoint before? If so, what has changed since your last good print?

If not, you might try saving your slide as an image, then placing it into a blank page in a format that you know will work. Or maybe it'll work by printing it directly from a photo editor. Can you experiment with different formats by running paper through the printer, which is cheaper than the edible icing sheets, or would that ruin it ?
