I need to verify my tenant domain, which I am admin for and have the domain and password, so I can add another Office 365 purchase.  When I hit check, I get the error "We have found a problem.  Please correct and resubmit."  I know that it is correct. And I've tried creating a new tenant.  I have no idea what the problem is. Does anyone?

    Hi GizellaM,

Thank you for posting back and providing those information.

Per your description, it seems that you have purchased a new Dell computer with the purchase of Office 365. And you receive an email that request you to verify domain.

If my understanding is right, we want to explain that to you: generally, verify domain is not related to Dell laptop. And if you want to verify domain, you may need to use a TXT record or you can have an email sent to the registered contact for the domain with a verification code.

For more details, you can refer to this article: Add a domain to Microsoft 365.

At the same time, to better understand your situation, could you confirm the information below with us?

    1. You mentioned “I purchased a new Dell laptop which included the purchase of Office365”, could you provide the detailed Product name of your Office? You can go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > if you can see Office option, you can select the Office and provide the screenshot of it.
    2. As I mentioned above, may I know where you encountered this error message? May I know if you encountered this error message when you clicked verify to verify domain?
    3. If it is convenient to you, could you also provide the detailed steps about how you verify domain?

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Best Regards,

    Sukie

I don't know if this is an actual Microsoft problem or a Dell problem.  I purchased a new Dell laptop which included the purchase of Office365.  The tenant request came from Dell by email.  I was the one who originally set it up, so I do have the correct information and password.  And I even tried to create a new one and received the same error.  "We have found a problem.  Please correct and resubmit."

How do I verify my tenant domain?
