Check the formatting (or rather the source) of the data in A columns of your data sheets, i.e. the X-ranges. As the data are left adjusted I guess they maybe incorrectly formatted (or rather generated), maybe as Text. If not all data in the X-range are interpreted as a number, Excel will just use a default numbering (1, 2, 3, and so on) for the X-axis, and that is what you see in your scatter chart.
