How do you move a workbook to a different folder?

How do you move a workbook to a different folder?

Go to the source folder and click on the file to highlight it.

CTRL + X

 - to cut the file (you should notice that its icon changes very slightly in appearance).

Go to the destination folder and hit:-

CTRL + V

The Workbook should now have been moved from the source folder to the destination folder.

To move a workbook to a different folder:

Select the file. > Click the Organize button on the toolbar and choose the Cut command from the menu. > Use the Windows Explorer window to browse to the folder into which you want to move or copy the file.

To delete a folder/subfolder:

Open Windows Explorer. Locate the folder you want to delete and right-click it. Choose the delete option from the pop-up menu.

First of all make sure there aren’t any files in the folder then:-

 - right click the folder and hit:-

Delete

Click:-

Yes

 - if you want to go ahead and delete the folder.
