subscription problem

I inadvertently signed up for a Microsoft product on my computer. I'm not very tech savvy, use my computer for email and work which has its own portal. These Microsoft products were present on my computer when I bought it, but I don't use them. Somehow I clicked on something but I never entered my credit card information, (Microsoft must have that???) and now I have a recurring charge of $77 a month. I don't want to just cancel the subscription, I want a refund. I have tried but can't talk to a person at Microsoft. My credit card company won't let me dispute the charge without canceling my card. I'm looking for suggestions, before taking the step of canceling my credit card to dispute the charges

FYI to anyone reading this, I'm not even sure what the right category is. This site is making me pick a category for the subscription problem, but all I see on my credit card is a $77 charge from Microsoft for something I don't use. If anyone could tell me how to reach an actual PERSON at Microsoft , I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

A new PC is usually provided with an Office 365 Trial version, and if you activated the trial you would have used/created an MS Account and would have provided your bank /card details, as if not how would MS have known who to charge?

To cancel or obtain a refund you would have to log on to the MS Account you used
