    Hi chunggi,

Thanks for your updates in Private Message and I have received it.  as for the folder in OneDrive, you mentioned that you renamed it, and it seems that you get error when try to save files to that OneDrive folder from Word document, here are some suggestion:

    1.     Please try sign out your account and sign in again to refresh OneDrive folder list in Office and check if you can save word document.

    2.     Please try to open OneDrive website by click **OneDrive icon>View Online,**and check if you can find the folder here, if you can , try to save the folder to Local first and upload to cloud then.

    3.     Please try to reset OneDrive, then sign in OneDrive and check if you can save files to OneDrive.

Hope these can help. Could you please share results after trying steps above if you still need help?

    Regards,

    Clark

    Hi chunggi,

I go through the post carefully, as for the issue, here are some suggestions:

    1. Please try if you can Save As the document to another location on OneDrive, then open the new copy of the document, check if Autosave works here. For more information: please check “Save to a different location on an online service.” Part in the article: Save a file in Office for Mac
    2. Save the document to Desktop, then move the file to OneDrive sync folder, check if autosave works after file syncing.
    3. Click on the OneDrive icon in Menu bar> Click More > Preferences > Office > check "Use Office applications to sync Office files that I open”

If suggestions above don’t help, could you please share information below with us for further troubleshooting?

    1. What is your Office version? please check it from Word>About Word.
    2. On the files with the issue, may I know where does the file locate? Please open the file, click File>Properties and check file path.

    Regards,

    Clark
