UPDATE:
I managed to disable Hardware Acceleration using Run (because as I mentioned, I was not able through the applications) and it worked!!
For anyone that wants to try:
- Open the Run application on your Windows.
- Type and execute Regedit.
- Follow the path ΗΚΕΥ_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common**.**
(If your version of Office is not the 2016 one, insted of 16.0 open the folder of your version).
- Right click on the Common folder and click New\Key and name it Graphics.
- Right click Graphics and click New\DWORD (32 bits) and name that DisableHardwareAcceleration.
- On its options set the Value to 1 instead of 0.
- Restart your computer.
I hope this can solve the problem for others the way it did it for me!
