Accessing Microsoft 365 Developer program (with E5 developer subscription)

Hello!

I would like to know what requirements i must comply with to access to Microsoft Develop Program and E5 developer subscription.

Information on the page is not clear. On one place it looks like a can access the program as an individual with just a personal microsoft account (@outlook.com) but then it asks me to fill in a company name.

So... can i access the Microsoft Developer Program without a Visual Studio MSDN subscription and if the company i work for isn't a Microsoft Partner as well?

    Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Community, I am Skypper G. I am an independent advisor, let me help you with this

    The steps requires you enter an email account that you can receive emails to confirms that you are not a bot.

    Then you must type your company name because this subscription is for business, however you can type whatever you want there (that would be the name of the Office 365 for Business tenant).
