    Hi Faiza,

I am John, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'm here to work with you on this issue.

Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) is a type of license that Microsoft offers in digital format without the aid of any physical support (such as the classic box, the DVD, the user manual, etc.), thus reducing the costs due to packaging and shipping.

While Microsoft Volume Licensing is a service offered by Microsoft for organizations that require multiple licenses, but not the software media, packaging and documentation supplied with the full packaged product (FPP).

I hope I was able to answer your question. If not, please reply back to this forum to let me know. I will be glad to follow up and help you.

    Regards,

    John
