Calendar visualization on Project

Is it possible to select only a few tasks to see on M. Project calendar version?

Right now I see all tasks and it's very confusing:

In fact, what I need is to have some more intuitive presentation similiar to the image bellow, since I'm representing a production schdule:

Any ideas? In projects is not possible to define various tasks on the same line, so right now I have to scroll down and up for so long that it turns out a problem.

No, it appears there is no way to format the Gantt bars for Marked tasks. Sorry. But hope this helps.

    Dear Dale,

I think this could be a great solution. Thank you so much.

Can I ask you if is it possible to format marked tasks? For example:

I can easily change the format of late tasks and external tasks, do you know if there is also a toolbar for marked tasks?

    Thank you,

    Marisa

If you have the Professional version of Microsoft Project, you can apply the Team Planner view in your projects. The Team Planner view is similar to the Resource Gantt Chart view you show in your screenshot but does not display link lines between tasks. I personally like this view to see a Gantt-like display of each resource's task assignments. If you have the Standard version of Microsoft Project, the Team Planner view is not available to you. Hope this helps.

    Thank you,

    Marisa

    MarisaPinto,

Yes it is possible to only show selected tasks in the calendar view. First, identify those tasks you want to show (e.g. Flag field). Second, create a custom filter that selects identified tasks. Third, apply that filter to the Calendar view.

However, you will not approach the type of view you show in your second screen shot, Project simply doesn't have that flexibility.

    Hope this helps.

    John
