Sharepoint - Power Automate "JSON Parse error: Invalid escape character -" error

I have had a flow running for 4 weeks, and all of a sudden I get this error "JSON Parse error: Invalid escape character -" when I run a flow. I don't know what I have done, so I have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help me?
