Microsoft Lists date-time input different between phone and pc

I have a field in Microsoft Lists where I capture the input date and time/. I have my regional settings set to UCT. When I create an entry with my PC, it captures the time as my PC shows. When I capture an entry with my phone, it captures it in UTC time.

These entries were made 1 minute apart - one on my PC and one on my phone through the SharePoint app.

How can I fix this?

    Thank you for your question in this community, I am willing to help you solve your problem, according to your description of the problem:

    I did a test on my computer. Same as you, I can only display the local time, not the time set in the regional settings.

    I suggest you contact the administrator in your organization and let him open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible so that they can be aware of the issue for further investigation.
