Something Went Wrong

Question

Hi! I'm trying to get onedrive access in my macbook through safari. But every time it says make sure you don't have firewall settings or browser pluging which could eventually blocking access.

Previously, it was working smoothly on my device and i didn't make any change untill i got the problem. I'm currently using ms365 family plan.

I understand you are facing an issue with accessing OneDrive site on Safari browser. According to description of the error message you receive, it might be a problem with browser. Before moving forward, we need more detailed information about the situation you meet. So, please kindly share with us the information below:

1. Can you please share a screenshot of the error message?
2. Do you have access to your files on OneDrive desktop application?
3. Are you running any antivirus programs or VPN?
4. Please try to use safe mode on your Macand check if the problem occurs.
5. Clear cache and cookies in Safari

• Click on Safari (at top left corner of browser) in the menu bar. Click on Preferences.Select the Privacy tab.
• Click on Manage Website Data.
• Select Remove All and click on Remove now in the popup.
• Check in Advanced tab, if Show Develop menu in menu bar is selected. If not, Check the box.
• Select Develop in the menu bar on the top of the screen and click Empty Caches to clear Cache.
