power BI billing

Can you definitively confirm, regarding the pricing for Power BI Premium, assuming that we are, for example, using the A6 option, which of the following 3 things is the case:

  1. Client is billed ONLY for the hours in which computations are being run (meaning that, even if the service is not "paused," still the client is only billed when they're actually running calculations--which is the way that Azure SQL bills)
  2. Client is billed any time that the process is not paused
  3. Client is billed 24 / 7, 30 days a month, regardless
Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For business | Other
