Cannot find the Transform Option for Office

My Word does not give me the option to turn doc files into a Sway. Is this option only available in the Web Version?

    Hi there,

    May I confirm which version of Word application you are using currently? The Transform feature is available from my test side and the version is 2105.

    Please send back the version details for a further troubleshooting. Switch to Account tab and take a screenshot to share back.

    Hello Mia,

    The Version is indeed 2105. There were license conflicts because of which, the Transform option was not available. I uninstalled old licenses and the issue is resolved now.
