Microsoft 365 Defender - Attack Simulation Training

I used the Microsoft created standard phishing template, for example, "Keep O365 password".

I would like to enquire whether there is any possibility to update/customise the standard phishing template created by Microsoft. For example, on the "Keep O365 password" template:

a) On the sender's email, it is currently shown as "***Removed for privacy*** System Autodesk <***Removed for privacy***>". Can this be updated to a different sender's email?

b) On simulating this phishing template (see below), immediately beneath the "Keep Current Password" red line, there is a "***Removed for privacy***".  Can this be removed?

Last but not least:

c) When creating a new payload phishing template, it is currently not possible to include, for example, an image of the company's logo. Is this a correct understanding?

  • If understanding is correct, is Microsoft able to take this into its next enhancement/improvement exercise?
  • If understanding is NOT correct, can anyone advise me how such an image can be added?

I look forward to receiving any valuable advice.

    Hello Mac

    Thank you for the advice.

I've gone through the supporting links provided. Unfortunately, the customisable area is the training "landing page" and not the standard template or the self created payload template where, for example, image can be added. If indeed these are possible which i've missed out, i would appreciate very much for your further steer.

A question - if indeed, these customisable items (per my earlier enquiry) are currently not available, is there any area in Microsoft that i can put these for consideration?

Thank you once again for your valuable advice.

    Hi YJ Liaw,

    Greetings.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

There is no mention of how to make those changes from the officials documents.

Due to some issue from my side, I can not directly check it to see if there is another way.

You can double check it form office-itpro - Microsoft Q&A

The upcoming enhancement for the Attack simulation training is shown in the roadmap, Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365 and for more information Create custom payloads for Attack simulation training - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs

Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind regards,
