To troubleshoot this issue, you may try the following methods:
- Unlink OneDrive (OneDrive> Help& Settings>Preferences>Account> Unlink account) and then log in to OneDrive and click Open Folder to see the result.
- Uninstall OneDrive (just drag the OneDrive app to the Trash), then download and reinstall OneDrive.
Download OneDrive for Mac (standalone .pkg) - Version 21.119.0613.0001 (June 25, 2021)
- Please start safe mode/boot on Mac OS, to check if the issue is caused by a cache or directory issue with the startup disk.

- If the issue happens to your personal account or your work or school account?
- Could you please share a screenshot of your OneDrive folder on the problematic MacBook Pro?
