Quickstarter is not working

I am running Windows 10, and using a 365 subscription.

When I choose the quickstarter within powerpoint, no matter what I type into the search bar, the result will be, "Failed to find results. Please try another query." This happens even when I search for a word that is already provided in the wizard.

I checked my account privacy settings and all of the connected services are turned on.

I would really like to use this feature. Please tell me how to get it working.

I suspect that something at the Microsoft end is broken, or that they've abruptly discontinued the feature w/o adapting PPT to warn us.

I'm getting the same results (or rather lack of them) here.

Please choose HELP then FEEDBACK and report the problem in the FEEDBACK TO MICROSOFT pane that appears. What they don't know about, they can't fix. This lets them know.

    A total reboot of my system helped yesterday. Today, it's not working again. None of the enhanced services, that I'm paying for, are working. I can't access stock photos. It's very frustrating.

    I just went back and tried to use the feature again, and it worked. Seriously. I spent an hour trying to get it to work previously, hence making this post, and nada. Now it is working again.
