    Hello Johnnybor,

Thanks for your post in this community.

Regarding your post, for International spam-options, we would like to confirm have you check from Microsoft365 Defender portal side (as per below screenshot)? If not, request you to kindly check with below way and confirm if you have internal spam option visible or not.

For this, you can check with login your Global admin account via **** https://security.microsoft.com/antispam > open Anti-spam inbound policy (default) and confirm if you are bale to view Internal spam -region option. If its visible, click on Edit spam and threshold and properties and enable this option and select your countries to block it.

For testing purpose, you can also check with create one new Anti-spam policy to check if that option is visible or not.

Besides this if you receiving email from specific domain you can directly block that entire domain (not part of the domain) from Anti-spam Inbound policy. For your reference, you can also check with Configure spam filter policies - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs.

If still International spam option not available at your end you can check with create Transport rule with select condition such as “The sender > address includes any of these words and add .cz and other.

    • For this : Login to Microsoft365 Exchnage admin center > Message trace > Click on (+) icon and select create a new rule
    • Go to “Apply this rule if” option and select small arrow to expand the list > Select “ The sender address includes > type your specify Words and click on (+) icon to add it > Ok
    • Based on your requirement, select action (such as Delete) and save the changes.

For your reference, here sharing article about Mail flow rule conditions and exceptions (predicates) in Exchange Online | Microsoft Docs, from this you can check sender related conditions.

Thank you so much for your precious time and kind co-operation. stay safe and healthy.
