Excel missing info on iphone

Hello.

I have company info in a text box in excel. It is showing on my desktop. But when I open in the iphone, it will not display. How do I solve this?

    Hi Aliya Matveyev,

    I go through the post carefully, I test on my side by open a workbook from Excel desktop app> insert>text box>add text to it. however I cannot repro the same issue and I can see contents in the text box when I open the workbook from Excel for iOS. For further troubleshooting the issue, could you please share information below with us?

    1. What do you see when open the workbook from Excel for iOS?
    2. Could you please share more details on how the text box is created?
    3. Does the issue happen on other workbooks with text box?
