MS Forms Problem!

I want to add a question to Forms where the answer is to provide a percentage against 5 options, similar to this:

  • Below %
  • Average %
  • Above %

The respondant's answer should look like this:

  • Below % - 20
  • Average % - 70
  • Above % - 10

I haven't found anything by searching the web, and hope someone here can help!

Hi TheFrasersCS,

I go through the post carefully, may I know are you trying to adding questions with options like “Below %”, “Average % & “Above %”, and you want users to add numbers behind the options as answers? If my understanding is right, I am afraid there could be no related features in Microsoft forms that may help adding questions like this. I am really sorry for the inconvenience and would suggest you give your ideas on the feature by provide feedback:

Your feedback will promote the related developer team of MS forms to develop the feature. Thanks for your efforts and understanding.

As a workaround, you may try add a Likert question and arrange it as screenshot below:

Please feel free to post back and correct me if I misunderstand your scenario.

Best Regards,

Clark

    Hi Clark

Thanks for your detailed reply, which confirms what I had discovered. I will experiment with Likert to see if I can create a meaningful question.
