Multiple OneDrive accounts

I currently have two OneDrive folders on my laptop - one is from work and one is my personal once. I have a third Onedrive account online rom a different organisation that I am giving some help. I used to be able to access it in File Explorer as a network location: https://d.docs.live.net/(my account number) which was better than nothing but no longer works. It no longer recognises the password for that MS account. I'd really like another fully operational Onedrive folder, but would settle for fixing the d.docs location. Please can anyone help me make this make this happen?

Thanks for trying. This didn't work for me. It wouldn't let me have two personal accounts, I would have to unlink my existing personal account to set up a different one.. But I managed to remap it thanks to Tech Republic.

    Hi ,CaroSlaymaker

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for sharing your concern with us today.

    1. Disable or close the tripartite protection software
    2. Try to clean the cache folder: Click Win key + S, type Microsoft Upload Center, and click the search result.

Go to "Settings" and click "Delete Cached Files".

When you are done, restart your PC and try to open the OneDrive files. These files will pop up a pop-up window asking for credentials.

3.Right-click the Win key and select "Control Panel".

Navigate to Accounts and Family Safety -> Click on User Accounts.

Find and manage your credentials and delete the OneDrive real-time account ID and password.

After that, restart the PC and try to open the required Word or Excel file.

If the file has been opened successfully, go to "File", select "Accounts", and add a OneDrive account.

    4.Reset your OneDrive:

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to open the "Run" window.

Type the following in the window and press Enter: %localappdata%\ Microsoft \ OneDrive \ onedrive.exe / reset

The OneDrive icon should disappear from the taskbar and reappear.

If the icon does not reappear, please open the Run window again and enter the following: %localappdata%\ Microsoft \ OneDrive \ onedrive.exe

Once completed, right-click the OneDrive logo and select Settings. Then select "Select Folder".

You can choose which folders to sync. Make sure the folders you used before are set to still sync with OneDrive.

Hope this helps, and have a nice day.

     Best Regards,

    Hinata
