Cannot install Ms.365

Question

I have the same problem too, during during the installation process Ms. 365, I keep getting the message: "We cannot install. This product cannot be installed on the selected update channel. Please contact your system administrator and try again." ,
Fyi, I download the Office package from the Microsoft 365 Portal and then install manually, I have tried to install online and offline installer but the result is still the same,
would you help me to how to fix this problem ?

I am sure an incorrect configuration is added, so unable to install it.Use office deployment tool to install office 365

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun

In the left pane of the Registry Editor, is there a sub-folder of ClickToRun named Configuration?

If there is, right click that Configuration key (folder) and delete it

Then, restart (not shut down) your PC and try running the installation again
