How to change data format using Power query?

Hello everyone, I have data in the following format -

Format 1 -

And I need the data to be in format 2 -

Format 2 -

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Hi BharatRawlley. I’m RN, let's see and check your queries.

    Please follow steps below

    1. Select your table
    2. Go to Data tab, then under "Get and Transform" section click "From Table". The Power Query Editor will appear.
    3. Select the Name_1, Name_2, and Name_3 columns.
    4. Go to Transform tab, then click "Unpivot columns"
    5. Go to Home and click Close & Load
    6. Sort your columns according to your needs.
