A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi Mia,
thanks for your reply. I have to say I tried again logging out, clearing cache and data once again, and now it works fine...
Regards!

Hi,
I am experiencing the same issue as in this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/microsoft-onedrive-app-for-android-not-showing/d1451897-3c1e-43fe-9540-40f28258848d
I only have one user in my organization, and everything works fine both in the One Drive locally in my laptop, and in the online version. I have already synced many folders, and logged in in the webste with no issue at all.
But however, and after trying to deactivate the app, clear cache and data, and log in again in the app in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, I still only see the empty shared libraries.
What else can I do to fix this, please?
Many thanks.

Hi,
To confirm the cause of the issue, please check if you can see any shared libraries from your OneDrive space like the following images attached.
For reference: Create a new shared library from OneDrive for work or school (microsoft.com).
If you can't see them even in the OneDrive Online, it means the libraries haven't been linked to your account, please follow the related SharePoint site and access it to make sure it will show on your side.
If you can see them in your OneDrive but the issue persists only on Samsung Galaxy, please share back the version number of the OneDrive for Android app so that we can investigate the issue further.
Best Regards,
Mia
