    Hello,

I'm Adie, and I'm happy to help you today.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. You may try these steps and let's see if the issue will be fixed.‎

‎1. In Word, go to File > Options (or just press ALT+F, T to open the Word Options dialog box). Does the Word options dialog box display correctly? If so, select ‘Advanced’.

‎2. Under Display, check the box for ‘Disable hardware graphics acceleration’.‎

    ‎3. Click OK.‎

Note: If you can’t find the ‘Disable hardware graphics acceleration’ option in Word, you may perform ‎the steps in Excel or other Office apps.‎

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Adie

Finding an updated video driver is a long-term solution to this problem. Go to the PC manufacturer's web site.

    Thanks for your reply.

Please also try updating your display driver by following the steps in the link below. If the issue persists, ‎try uninstalling the display driver then restart your computer so Windows will attempt to reinstall it.‎
