    Hi Sagar,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community, I'm glad to offer help.

According to your description, I’m sorry I have to tell you that it is not supported to manage permissions for each section directly from the OneNote UI.

However, since you posted the question in the Business category, if the notebook was created in a SharePoint Online site, you can manage the permission for section level in the following way:

    1. If the notebook is stored in the default document library, please go to the library, then add ‘?id=<notebook name>’ at the end of the URL (xxxxxxxxx/AllItems.aspx), the notebook will be opened as a folder, and you can right-click a section and select ‘Manage access’ to set individual permissions for each section.  ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/0df823ef-74c5-4b99-8620-fa87d1a3e2c1?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/e9b0854b-1330-45cf-965f-9b303780989f?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/e9b0854b-1330-45cf-965f-9b303780989f?platform=QnA
