Good day, In 2007 I bought the 2007 student home version of excel and word. I have been using this up until last month when I changed my computer. I tried using that product key on my new computer and its giving me an error message. Is there a way to use my 2007 product key on my new computer? Thanks in advance.

Support for Office 2007 ended October 2017 and for 2010 Oct 2020, and at those times the backup install was removed from MS Site, and updates of any type ceased

To install 2007 on a new PC you need the original install media for a full retain version and its key

And as above there will be no updates of any type

Do you have the product key and installation media for your version of Office 2007? In that case, you should be able to "move" the installation to your new computer. Also, you will have to try phone activation; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/-telephone-activation-is-no-longer-supported-for-your-product-error-when-activating-office-9b016cd2-0811-4cb3-b896-5a6a13177713.
